Our Sea is brave, cold, no-polluted and very rich in food for our precious fish. The traditional fish is still very present in our ports, that makes the fish arrive to the market in the best conditions: live and fresh, that is synonymous of quality.

Only in this way, the selective and sustainable fishing can be guaranteed.

NORTHWEST

Galician Estuaries

From Costa da Morte to the Rias Altas, where the Atlantic Ocean and the Cantabrian Sea unite, the waters are rich in nutrients and have a lush and varied sea bed. The algae, vegetables of the sea, are collected in a selective and sustainable manner by expert “algueiros”, respecting to the maximum the plant life and sea bed.

The quality of these waters makes these algae the most nutritious and least contaminated on the planet.

SOUTH

Hacienda El Palo. Jaen

Jaen: Land of the Olives for excellency. The region with the most olives on earth and the most knowledgeable of the olive oil in the world. Hacienda El Palo counts with an extensive expertise, which generation after generation has continued to acquire a position in the world ranking of Oil Presses.

Their Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, specifically Bravoleum brand, is one of most prized on an international level.

Our products enjoy the best reputation between the fans of the fine foods, thanks to our extreme care at the time of selection the raw materials of the highest quality, and maintaining the most delicate processes following the tradition.

The anchovies PEZ&CO, are caught only in Spring, with traditional fishing gears, preserving this way the natural marine reserves of the Cantabrian Sea.

OUR METHOD

We begin with the selection of the fishing boats...

those who treat the fish the best, and who respect the seasons and the fishing grounds of our sea. Only like this can we guarantee maximum quality of premium raw material. Once in the factory, the hands of our expert women handle cleaning, filleting, packing and preparing the cans with great care.

We respect the traditional process in each step and trust in the knowledge that generation of conservers have taught us.

We work to be able to offer you a range of different preserves and semi-preserves of seafood. In spite of respecting tradition, we play with combinations to improve, if possible, the quality of the Cantabrian preserves.
